Detailed Itinerary :
DAY 01: Arrival Cochin
Welcomed by Kerala Travel Centre representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel. A port town since early centuries, Cochin, also known as the spice coast of India, attracted traders and invaders from the world over. Needless to say, Cochin offers you some fascinating snippets of history and culture. Relax and unwind at the hotel. In the evening you could go for a relaxing sunset cruise. DAY 02: Cochin
Today you have the chance to explore the many fascinating highlights of Cochin which include - The Jewish Synagogue in what is locally called the Jew Town, St. Francis Church which is the oldest European Church in India, the Santa Cruz Basilica built in 1557 by the Portuguese, the Dutch Palace, the Spice market and the 15th century Chinese fishing nets . Enjoy a complimentary rejuvenating Ayurveda massage. Overnight at the Koder House. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 03: Cochin - Calicut
(By Flight)Morning at leisure. Board an afternoon flight to the city of Calicut. On arrival, check into you hotel where you can unwind. It was in Calicut that the great voyager Vasco Da Gama landed in the 14th century in his quest for spices thus placing it on the world map. In the evening go for a relaxing cruise in your private houseboat through the stunning backwaters of Calicut. Cruising along palm fringed banks and watching the sunset is a truly exhilarating experience. Overnight at the Kadavu Resort. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 04 : Calicut
Venture into town today and visit the many colourful shops including the Sweet Meat street in Calicut.You could also drive to Beypore, fishing harbour of ancient Kerala and visit the boatyards which have been building vessels since early centuries for legendary seamen. You could also visit a century old tile factory founded by the Germans and later acquired by the British. Overnight at the Kadavu resort. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 05: Calicut - Vythiri
(80kms/3hrs)Drive to Wayanad set in the picturesque mountains at an altitude of about 2000 meters above sea level. Littered with tropical rain forests, dense hills, rolling paddy fields, spice plantations and valleys, Wayanad is a hitherto undiscovered location offering breathtaking views. Check into your resort. DAY 06: Vythiri
Wake up to the chirping of the birds in the forest and the sound of streams meandering and tinkling around your cottage. Today you could go boating on the Pookot freshwater lake nestled in the mountains. Overnight at the Vythiri Resort. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 07: Vythiri
Day at leisure or enjoy jeep rides and treks inside the rainforests and visit the breathtaking Sentinel waterfalls. Overnight at the Vythiri resort. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 08: Vythiri - Sulthan Bathery
(45kms/1hrs)Drive through winding roads in the hills covered with thick forests, coffee, rubber and tea estates to Sulthan Bathery. Check into a plantation estate tucked in a 400 acre coffee and spice plantation. You could visit the Edakkal Caves which are a pre-historic rock shelter. Overnight at the Tranquil Plantation Hideaway. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 09: Sulthan Bathery
Today you could visit the Wayanad wildlife sanctuary where one can find animals such as sloth bears, sambhar (wild deer), elephants, monkeys, tigers, reptiles, deer, panthers, and many species of rare birds. Overnight at the Tranquil Plantation Hideaway. (Vehicle at disposal)

Day 10: Sulthan Bathery
A visit to the Kuruva Islands, a breathtaking 950 acre wooded island wrapped around by rivulets offers great trekking and peaceful nature trails. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the Tranquil plantation estate. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 11: Sulthan Bathery - Tellicherry
(120kms/3hrs)Drive to Tellicherry, a vibrant fishing town in the north of Calicut which is famous for the 3 C's - Circus, Cricket and Cakes. It is known for being the first British settlement in Kerala and needless to say Cakes and Cricket were both introduced here by the British. Check into the majestic Ayesha Manzil and then enjoy the wonderful and entrancing Theyyam dance. Overnight at the Ayesha Manzil.

DAY 12: Tellicherry
You can visit the bustling fish markets of Tellicherry or visit the ancient fort built by the British today, and or, you could also drive to the fascinating Muzhipillangad Beach which is Kerala's only drive–in beach. In the evening take part in a cookery demonstration by Faiza your hostess, who is renowned for her 'Mopilla' cuisine. Overnight at the Ayesha Manzil. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 13: Telicherry - Cochin
(By Train)Board a morning train and enjoy a journey through some very scenic rail routes in Kerala to Cochin. On arrival transfer to your hotel where you can check in and unwind. The evening could be spent shopping and enjoying your last night in the city. Overnight at the Taj Residency. (Vehicle at disposal)

DAY 14: Cochin - Departure
