| We'd just like to tell you what a fantastic holiday we've had in Kerala. It was our 25th anniversary whilst we were there and wanted something really special- it was certainly that! Everything was organised to perfection, the transfers went like clockwork, the hotels were wonderful! The driver we had was marvellous- nothing was too much trouble, we felt like royalty! The guides we had were very knowledgeable and interesting and tailormade the tours to suit us. A particular thank you for organising the candle lit meal with wine at Munnar for us on our anniversary- what a treat! | We have now returned from our trip and I must contact you to say what a wonderful time we have had. From the moment we stepped out of arrivals at Kochi airport until we returned two weeks later, we received the most perfect service from all your colleagues in Kerala. Our itinerary ran like clockwork and we were never left for a moment with any anxieties about our situation or what we should be doing next. All your staff were charming, perfectly turned out and never late. Our driver always took great pride in both himself and the appearance of his car and despite what appeared to be chaotic driving conditions, we always felt entirely safe in his capable hands. We regarded him as our guardian angel as he was always keeping an eye on us making sure we did not get into difficulties with awkward ATM machines or unscrupulous traders etc. The itinerary which you arranged for us was perfect in every way. In fact I would not change any arrangements as the whole trip had an ideal balance to it. I think we all felt that it was a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you again for all your help. | Our holiday in Kerala was absolutely superb. Even though we booked very late (got our itinerary on Monday and flew on saturday) everything was planned in great detail for us. It was the perfect combination of our wishes combined with local knowledge, which meant that we saw many of the gems that Kerala had to offer. There were too many highlights to lst, but everyone that took care of us, every hotel that we stayed at and every excursion that we went on was brilliant and has given us memories and photographs galore. | We have just returned from the South Kerala Exploration Tour and just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we have had. Everything about the holiday went exceptionally smoothly. From being met at the Kochi airport until our return there at the end of the holiday, the staff was excellent. Our driver was superb- hecouldnt do enough for us and was always courteous and informative. We have undertaken a number of private tours and the driver we had on this tour was probably the best driver/ guide we have had.The local guides were excellent and really helped to bring the sights to life for us. The car was extremely comfortable and our driver was careful and informative. The homestays were the making of the holiday and each in its own way was a fantastic experience. | My wife and I have travelled abroad extensively over the past 45 years and we both can claim that our holiday to Kerala was the best organised and our best ever experience of a foreign country. Credit for the planning and delivery of the holiday was due to the meticulous way in which your Company made the arrangements – particularly as we had to postpone from an earlier date. Your brochure is well presented and accurate and your helpful staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The arrangements in Kerala for meeting us and ensuring we were transported around were excellent.
The range of accommodation which we chose was all outstanding, the guides were very good and our driver was an amazing fellow, full of knowledge and skill who ensured we arrived everywhere on time. We were, from the start, impressed by the professionalism of the Kerala Travel Centre team and by their enthusiasm to craft the optimum holiday for our needs. They went to great lengths to determine our specific preferences whilst on holiday and ensured that they were met. They kept in regular contact with me as the details of the holiday were finalised and even phoned us on the day before traveling to wish us a good holiday. They provided a truly professional and innovative service yet it was delivered with both enthusiasm and warmth.
When we arrived in India, the support we received was to be honest, so outstanding that it left us bewildered! A representative came to meet us as soon as practical and from that moment appeared to monitor every move we made. At every stay on the trip, she phoned us (with almost unnerving precision) as soon as we arrived, to ensure that we were happy with the transfer and accommodation. If we had ever encountered a problem (which we did not) I have no doubt she would have sorted it out immediately.
Overall we would like to thank Kerala Travel for their outstanding level of support to us while we were in India.
