| This is a short email to say a BIG thank you for all your help in connection with our recent holiday to Kerala and the Bangaram islands. We had a wonderful time and Bangaram was everything we hoped it would be and more. The ground arrangements in Kerala were excellent. The representatives and our driver were so helpful and efficient turning out at some very early times to accommodate our arrangements. | Kerala Travel Centre packaged a well tailored holiday to suit our needs and budget. We achieved a perfect balance between sightseeing and rest - Fort Cochin, the nature reserves in the mountains, the Backwaters and a seaside resort. The Kerala office provided a full back up service and friendly drivers to meet us on arrival and take us between hotels and on excursions of our choice whilst there which made the experience so much more relaxing. | Been back from Kerala for 3 weeks now, but the beauty of the countryside and people is still fresh in my mind. Toni and I had a really really wonderful time and were looked after superbly by everyone we met. A special recommendation must go to our driver (Sirvan) who went beyond the call of duty when my wife needed to visit a doctor. I've been showing our photos to our friends and telling them our experiences. I suspect you may get a few more enquiries from the Swansea area! We were, from the start, impressed by the professionalism of the Kerala Travel Centre team and by their enthusiasm to craft the optimum holiday for our needs. They went to great lengths to determine our specific preferences whilst on holiday and ensured that they were met. They kept in regular contact with me as the details of the holiday were finalised and even phoned us on the day before traveling to wish us a good holiday. They provided a truly professional and innovative service yet it was delivered with both enthusiasm and warmth.
When we arrived in India, the support we received was to be honest, so outstanding that it left us bewildered! A representative came to meet us as soon as practical and from that moment appeared to monitor every move we made. At every stay on the trip, she phoned us (with almost unnerving precision) as soon as we arrived, to ensure that we were happy with the transfer and accommodation. If we had ever encountered a problem (which we did not) I have no doubt she would have sorted it out immediately.
Overall we would like to thank Kerala Travel for their outstanding level of support to us while we were in India.
I will, of course, recommend the organisation to anyone I know who might want to take a similar trip. Mr J. Engel, London |

| he Holiday was really brilliant- the hotels were lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had some wonderful food and were grateful that the Kerala office was able to arrange a second night on the houseboat (we loved the houseboat). | We particularly enjoyed the relaxed ambience of Kerala. The stays at Mundackal Estate and on the riceboat were undoubted highlights. Competitively priced. | The Kerala holiday you booked for us was wonderful and went without a hitch. Jose at Mundackal Estate was a super host and went out of his way with his wife Daisy to make us feel welcome. The only trouble was they fed us too much! Coconut Lagoon and Spice Village were like “staying in paradise” and the other heritage hotels were lovely and perfectly situated. | Your tours to Kerala really had us spoilt for choice. Thats our only complaint. Each of your Kerala tours seemed so exciting that we did not know which one to pick at the outset. Anyways, the tour we took certainly lived up to its expectations. We had an abolustely terrific time and would recommend your company to anyone looking to book holidays to Kerala.
