The 140 year old Grand Residencia is a heritage hotel in the heart of Fort Cochin. Formerly known as 'Koder House', the property was originally built by a renowned Jewish businessman in 1868, using a
fusion of Portuguese and Kerala architecture. In converting the heritage building into the Grand Residencia. The property's current owners have taken great care to retain the old-world charm of this historic house. The open courtyard, long verandas, typical Portuguese doors and windows remain the same even after a century.
